We strive to be an employer of choice! **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UAT Manager to oversee the user acceptance testing process for our software projects. The UAT Manager will ensure that all software products meet the required standards and are ready for deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement UAT strategies and plans. + Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to define UAT scope and objectives. + Create and manage UAT test cases, scripts, and scenarios. + Lead UAT execution, including test scheduling, resource allocation, and defect tracking. + Ensure all identified issues are documented, communicated, and resolved. + Provide regular updates and reports on UAT progress and outcomes. + Train and support UAT testers and end-users. + Continuously improve UAT processes and methodologies. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Proven experience in UAT management or a similar role. + Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). + Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies. + Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. **The benefits our employees enjoy:** + 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
