Your mission, roles and responsibilities

▪ Ensuring compliance with production plans and the Group’s standard processes; facilitating the execution of production plans.

▪ Achieving financial objectives: preparing and presenting the UAP budget; managing actual production costs based on the "ideal" cost; maintaining a margin per product and monitoring serial productivity (labor levels, material consumption, etc.).

▪ Managing the UAP team: ensuring appropriate staffing levels, maintaining a work environment in compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, identifying training needs and recommending actions, sharing information transparently, participating in career management initiatives, etc.

▪ Representing the plant to the client: ensuring compliance with the client’s specifications regarding cycle times, deliveries, quantities, and costs; implementing preventive and corrective measures in the production process to meet client requirements; ensuring proper coordination with the client’s quality team to meet all client standards.

▪ Implementing action plans to improve functionality/productivity and achieve program and Group objectives; making necessary adjustments.

▪ Contributing to projects related to the Production System Efficiency (ESP).

▪ Coordinating resource planning with the plant’s industrialization department regarding inventory, equipment, personnel, activities, etc.

▪ Maintaining dashboard indicators and reporting to manage lead times, supply chain targets, HSE performance, etc.

▪ Complying with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and the Management Code in the execution of responsibilities.
