U.S. and Canada Area Manager - BYU-Pathway Worldwide (Full-Time)

A BYU-Pathway Worldwide U.S. and Canada Area Manager is a highly trusted individual who represents BYU-Pathway Worldwide within an assigned church area. They work towards accomplishing the vision and goals set by BYU-Pathway, in alignment with church area priorities.

The Area Manager oversees the effective operations of BYU-Pathway in their assigned area. This is primarily achieved by leading the efforts of BYU-Pathway service missionaries, who play a key role in operating programs, supervising weekly PathwayConnect and EnglishConnect gatherings, and finding and supporting students. The Area Manager is responsible for the training and effectiveness of BYU-Pathway service missionaries.

The Area Manager also builds strong relationships with area leaders and key partners (Welfare and Self-Reliance, Seminary & Institute leadership, and others). Through these connections, the Area Manager assists individuals in enrollment and ongoing participation in BYU-Pathway, leading them towards spiritual and temporal self-reliance.

To achieve these objectives, the Area Manager must create strategic plans aligned with organizational and area priorities and subsequently execute goals that support these plans. Area managers regularly travel to their assigned areas to lead and support strategic initiatives.

Important: This position requires a seasoned professional capable of managing teams with at least 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Frequent evening work and travel will be required to accommodate working with a worldwide student population.
