Job Description
Work Term: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
As the TV Activation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' TV campaigns by handling various aspects of planning, buying, stewardship, traffic, and billing processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of these campaigns and ensure effective communication within the agency teams.Your minimum qualifications:Experience in coordinating TV buying, both Network and Cable (National & Local), preferably within a Media agency settingProficiency in TV planning and analysis tools, along with experience using buy management software such as EAS or MediaOceanSolid working experience with Powerpoint and Excel, enabling you to create compelling presentations and manage data effectivelyHaving worked with pharma clientsSome desired qualifications and attributes:Strong inter-team collaboration skills that allow you to work seamlessly with different departments and individualsA track record of effective communication and teamwork, contributing to a harmonious work environmentDetail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining accurate and organized recordsA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesYour dedication to ensuring budget compliance and maximizing the value of campaigns for both the agency and the clientsYou’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kindYour mission will be:Maintaining and updating cable and TV daily network information within MediaoceanManaging the TV planning cost database to ensure accurate and up-to-date informationOverseeing TV orders, post-buy reports, stewardship tasks, and traffic managementMaintaining traffic-related information and managing creative pattern rotation within MediaoceanProviding weekly reports to the partner creative agency to keep them informed of campaign progressTracking media spending to ensure alignment with agency and client budgetsCollaborating effectively with various agency departments to streamline processes and facilitate successful campaignsIn summary, the TV Activation Coordinator supports in driving successful client TV campaigns by managing planning, buying, and traffic activities. Your expertise in TV buying, tech skills with planning tools, and collaborative nature will optimize campaign impact and budget compliance.
