We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players. What you will do
Will have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Guestroom Attendant and House Attendant.Uphold maintenance and safety standardsPerform daily opening and closing cleaning procedures.Ensure housekeeping carts/linen closets are stocked to parCommunicate customer requests or preferences to managementWhat you bring
High school education or equivalent experienceAt least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Previous Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred.Must be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests.Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.Previous Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred.What to Expect
