Position pays $15.50 per hour. The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Turndown Attendant who has a profound interest in hospitality and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession. Our exceptional group of talented, creative and thoughtful crew members each bring a unique perspective and consistent determination to the cleanliness of our beautiful property. The Turndown Attendant is responsible for keeping the Inn in "ship shape" with a keen eye for detail. Additional responsibilities include: Dedicated to a thorough understanding of current knowledge of housekeeping standards, all hotel facilities/services and local attractions/activities to respond to any guest inquiry, VIPs, and groups Service an assigned number of guest rooms in the time allotted, following all room cleaning procedures Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests at all times. Promotes positive guest relations at all times and uses guests’ names if known. Complete job description available upon request. Willingness to go above and beyond to impact the guest stay while delivering exceptional results and exceeding commitments. Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required. Highschool diploma or GED is preferred but not required. Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $15.50/Hr. - $15.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
