The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Turndown Attendant who has a profound interest in hospitality and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession. Our exceptional group of talented, creative and thoughtful crew members each bring a unique perspective and consistent determination to the cleanliness of our beautiful property. The Turndown Attendant is responsible for keeping the Inn in "ship shape" with a keen eye for detail. Additional responsibilities include: Dedicated to a thorough understanding of current knowledge of housekeeping standards, all hotel facilities/services and local attractions/activities to respond to any guest inquiry, VIPs, and groups Service an assigned number of guest rooms in the time allotted, following all room cleaning procedures Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests at all times.
