Work schedule: 28 x 28 days (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off)

Responsibilities Review and understand Company’s Turnarounds Plans and Procedures. Interface with Technical Systems and Projects Management. Lead development the rotating equipment final scope of work and justifications for why particular activities are in scope. Ensure Technical management support to the discipline, system and project engineers to ensure achievement of TA objectives Develop a baseline schedule for rotating equipment deliverables aligned with the TA Milestones Lead development of OEM bill of materials, liaise with SCM to track delivery and perform inspection upon arrival. Responsible for oversight off al TA Rotating materials bagging and tagging. Monitor resource requirements within the team based on work scope Establish and continuously improve IMPACT work processes Develop and manage the progress reporting to the major stakeholders, including Asset and TA Steering team / DRB. Promote structured interface between Capital and TA Teams Develop Responsibility Matrix to establish who is carrying out what task in the rotating equipment area of the Turnarounds: Event Integration Timeline and Key Milestone Dates Project Construction Plan and Contractors Being Considered for Pre-TA Field Work Turnaround Work Pack Expectations (e.g., WO Content, Engineering Drawings, Other Attachments) QA/QC Package Boundaries (Pre-TA / TA Interfaces) TA Execution Contractor Management Model, Contracting Strategy, and Contractors Being Considered for the scope of works Schedule Integration, Review and Optimization Project Contingency Plan TA Overhead Allocation Formula and Labor Estimate Project Control Plan (e.g., confirmation of who / how will cost projections be tracked and reported) Timing of Cost Estimates Drive turnaround preparation status to meet event milestones. Communicate status routinely to wider event team Ensure scope input process is adhered to by relevant projects team Coordinate with planning & scheduling to create an integrated project/turnaround event that is combined in both schedule and execution Develop workpacks for TA scopes including all appropriate documentation. Liaise with project and cost engineers ensure detailed cost estimates are developed, including man hours and resources required to engineer, procure, and execute the approved project scopes Is a Turnaround core team member and will provide status updates on all project scopes. Will interface with Project Engineers, TAR, PMC and SCM to support materials ordering, fabrication tracking, storage, preservation, and delivery to site. Develop and mentor Angolan Nationals Requirements B.Sc. in Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry Project Coordination, with preference for LNG Industry with specific Gas Turbine and Compressor knowledge Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry standard, codes and specifications Demonstrated track record of experience with Control Valve scope of works in the Oil and Gas Industry Exceptional ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to engage senior Management Team members. Should be a team player, who understands nuances of a virtual, multi-cultural team environment. Strong computer competency with knowledge of MS Office applications. Experience in mentoring/training junior staff on a development program. Strong negotiation, facilitation and communication skills. Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Able to work independently, contribute fully within the team as well as make contributions outside own functional specialization.
