What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Scheduler, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving daily maintenance work and initiatives create, communicate and update a maintenance weekly / daily schedule from job plans and daily progress updates.  You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the production capability and operation of the plant.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate allocates Maintenance resources for effective resource leveraging and full net capacity utilization. Uses the backlog selection from the Gatekeeper to build the “weekly schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resources and issuing the schedule. Candidate will analyze data, generating metrics for reporting and recommending scheduling process improvement to deprtment and business segments Leads scheduling improvement efforts, following the Maintenance Work Process. Leads the weekly and daily scheduling meetings, communicating scheduling needs based on current progress reports.  Distributes the “weekly schedule” for the next week.

Skills That Make a Difference:

High School Diploma Experience working within an industrial plant as a craftsperson, maintenance scheduler, turnaround scheduler or capital project scheduler. Experience having a broad understanding of the different crafts. Knowledge of scheduling principles, resource leveling, and maintenance relationships Demonstrated ability in developing, understanding, and considering options for the most valuable maintenance scope through troubleshooting technical diagnostic capabilities, cause analysis, etc. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills 5 years experience in similar role considered a plus
