The opportunity

Define the scope of testing for Manual/ETL/DB and Automation within the context of each sprint/release and delivery. Experience writing test plans and test cases from scratch using requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and/or design documents Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases which will exercise the business, functional, and technical requirements of the system. Work with stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis Control and manage difficulties that arise in different projects during testing and related activities Own QA deliverables and activates and ensure visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software. Analyse and mitigate complex problems/issues arising as a result of test failures, identify bottlenecks, work with development to resolve issues.

 

Qualifications:

Experience in writing complex SQL queries in SQL server to retrieve and update data.  Experience with running SQL traces and stores procedures Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of test data Should have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach of the product in Agile/Safe methodologies. Experience in Agile tools such as JIRA, VSTS/Azure Devops, Rally etc. Should have strong analytical skills, attention to details and able to make decisions and drive QA work independently or in a team. Experience with defect tracking tools and trending Proven success working collaboratively within cross-functional and intercultural teams based on strong team spirit, solid work ethic and good communication

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience  with Azure Devops, CI-CD model Working experience in SSMS. Experience with Selenium Tool. Experience in C# or Java Programming with Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, JUnit and TestNG Experience in Framework development/enhancement for Data driven Testing, Cross browser testing and Parallel Test executio Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next.
