Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of the team via work withs, 1:1s, coaching Cascading information to the team regarding promotional events, new products Handling of all needed resources to achieve sales plans in volume and contribution Cooperating with Trade Marketing for the execution of promotional activities Liaising with Logistics for the solution of any invoicing issues Key administration tasks such as reporting, rerouting for effective productivity Team’s training according to PepsiCo Sales Standards Preparation of weekly team meetings Cooperating with HR to recruit, train and develop the team via constructive feedback and career development opportunities Qualifications Building Winning Relationships Selling Skills Communicating with Impact Understanding the business Identifying Sales Opportunities Leverage financial Concepts Negotiating Win Win Solutions Executing Winning Sales Plans Collaboration Networking Flexibility Trust & Integrity Decision Making Minimum 3 years experience in sales preferably in a multinational / FMCG environment Minimum 18 months in current role within Pepsico University Degree will be considered an asset Fluent English will be considered an asset MS outlook skills
