Job Summary

The job at UPS is a technical support position responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, desktop systems, and related hardware and software. The position emphasizes effective communication with customers, and it involves site visits for on-site troubleshooting and hardware/software installations or upgrades. Ideal candidates should possess technical knowledge of Operating Systems, familiarity with various software and networking tools, and preferred technical certifications.

Working Hours

40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 12:00-21:00. Exclude 1 hour break)

Location

UPS Korea Incheon Office (Incheon Int'l Airport Cargo Terminal C, 77-45 Gonghangdong-ro 295beon-gil, Jung-gu, Incheon)On-the-Job Training will be conducted in HQ office (Seoul) for months and assigned to Incheon Office afterwards.
