Clearance Level Required: TS (Top Secret) to start
Salary: Up to $130,000

Role Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the development of a mission-critical web application utilizing .NET, Angular, and Oracle. Working closely with client leadership, you will develop long-term strategies for the application while managing a team and driving technical innovation. The role begins with onsite work three days a week and will transition to a hybrid model (2-3 days per week) as the project progresses.

Responsibilities

* Lead code reviews and manage version control for the development team
* Design and develop new front-end features and enhance existing functionalities
* Create and improve APIs, ensuring high performance and security
* Regularly update and optimize Angular and .NET components
* Collaborate with multiple teams to refine database design and monitoring processes
* Contribute to the creation of a modernization plan for the application
* Work within an Agile framework and report progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
* 5+ years of experience with .NET and Node.js development
* Strong proficiency with frontend frameworks, particularly Angular
* Experience with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, or SVN
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced Angular skills
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
