As a Trust Real Estate and Unique Asset Manager you will:
Be responsible for managing all aspects of trust-owned real estate including residential, commercial and vacation properties.
Oversee all phases of property management including resident relations, repairs and maintenance, and client communication.
Participate in the review and acceptance of real estate assets as part of a new client relationship.
Actively participate in negotiations of new leases and renewals.
Provide real estate asset management expertise and high level of client service for high-net worth clients.
Manage and set proper client expectations in relations to real estate activity required.
Consult with Financial Advisors, Trust Officers, clients, and other professionals to review and evaluate the needs of the client and the property.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in the real estate industry.
Experience with the operations of residential or commercial properties including purchasing and selling, and property maintenance.
Knowledge and experience in the area of law that details the rights and duties of landlords and tenants.
Knowledge of or experience with drafting, interpreting, revising or otherwise working with contracts and deeds.
Knowledge of principal and income accounting.
