Follow up with customers who received Truckload rate estimates, which have not been secured, to get feedback and ultimately try to secure the business.

Primary Responsibilities

Reach out to customers to get feedback and secure their businessProvide outstanding customer service on every call and/or email to customersManage the Truckload Customer Relations inboxSetup loads in our TMS system that are secured through efforts of follow-up and feedbackTrack and chart responses/feedbackProvide support for Customer Service Reps or Truckload Services inbox teamsAnswer overflow phone calls, and any other tasks to provide support for Truckload team

Job Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

1 year of experience in a customer service role via telephone, email or in person, preferably within the trucking/transportation industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailProficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Demonstrated ability to excel in customer service relations
