Duties:
Assist Workshop Manager with day-to day operations, sourcing of Truck, Trailer and yellow machine parts Writing of orders, and linking invoicing to orders with other admin Service and repair parts inventory monitoring and replenishing Service schedule update and reminders on excel sheets Other service and campaign sheet updating in excel Further Duties to be discussed in Interview Experience and Qualifications:
Basic Technical knowledge on Trucks, Trailers, yellow machines and Cars No Official Qualification needed, but would be an advantage Fluent in English Communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing Basic Computer Skills – specifically Excel with basic formulas, Outlook, etc Attention to detail, to work at a VERY Fast pace, and keep track of multiple tasks and requests Hours 7am-5pm – be willing to work some Saturdays, and overtime if needed Must have valid driver’s license Own transport to and from work needed 3 month probation period
