A Treatment Family Home Provider delivers care and support to individuals with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges in a home setting. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and work with treatment teams to implement personalized care plans, promoting stability, growth, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a supportive environment: Create a safe, stable, and nurturing home setting.Implement individualized care plans: Work with treatment teams to develop and execute personalized plans.Deliver emotional support and guidance: Offer counseling, mentoring, and coaching to promote emotional growth.Manage daily living activities: Assist with meals, hygiene, and other daily tasks as needed.Administer medication and treatments: Monitor and manage medication regimens and medical treatments.Maintain communication and collaboration: Work with treatment teams, social workers, and other stakeholders.Ensure safety and crisis management: Develop and implement crisis intervention plans and ensure a safe living environment.Document progress and incidents: Maintain accurate records of patient progress, incidents, and concerns.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.A Bachelor’s Degree in a closely related field is highly preferred.Minimum of two (2) years experience of relevant work experience.Additional Qualifications:
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
