Treasury Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Treasury Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the organization's liquidity, ensure financial stability, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash positioning and ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.Execute foreign currency transactions and manage foreign exchange exposure.Administer online banking platforms and ensure system security.Oversee short-term borrowing and investment activities.Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to establish and maintain credit facilities.Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures for internal controls and regulatory compliance.Analyze bank fees and recommend cost-saving strategies.Participate in treasury projects, such as implementing new treasury management systems.Ensure compliance with insurance-specific financial regulations and reporting requirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of back office experience.Accounting and finance experience preferred.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
