Job Description:
 

The Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) will be partnered with the Client Manager to focus on developing strategies to grow revenue with Public Sector Banking clients. Key accountabilities include:

Independent focus of treasury sales opportunitiesSupporting all activities from sale through implementationOngoing client relationship managementDriving and growing Treasury products revenue

Responsibilities:

Support Client Managers in driving portfolio growth; including client/prospect research; proposal development, and other ad hoc sales support dutiesParticipate in in-person calling activities with Client ManagersPrepare treasury services reviews, and identify treasury products and services sales opportunitiesPrepare account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentationsAssist in identifying solutions to client needsPartner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfactionProduce pricing/cost benefit proformas and confer with the Client Manager regarding non-standard pricing and negotiationResolve any non-sales client issuesAssist clients in navigating the Bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, Credit and other partner teamsRequired Skills:Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in major financial institution’s corporate client facing roleKnowledge of cash management and treasury productsExcellent analytical, sales, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloadExperience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger teamProven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partnersAbility recognize risk mitigation opportunities and escalation of of issuesMicrosoft Office 365 experienceSome travel requiredBachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience
