The Treasury Manager Intercompany Operations at Baxter will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with both our internal team and the teams we support. Your expertise and insights will be crucial in supporting our operations and achieving our goals within the finance organization.

This role entails daily managing global intercompany loans and deposits, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. Additionally, the incumbent will handle the day-to-day operations related to processing and settling Treasury transactions, using the global netting and Treasury systems.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role will actively engage in various process-related activities, including documentation, review, redesign, and optimization.
This proactive approach will contribute to streamlining operations and achieving greater efficiency in Treasury processes.
What you'll be doing
Manage the intercompany loan agreement processes, which include limit checking, issuance, review, compliance, etc.Manage the intercompany netting process from a Treasury perspective by setting up new participants as needed, setting the annual calendar, and working with the cash team to ensure Treasury netting movements and settlements are performed efficiently.Work with department lead to ensure intercompany loan and netting-related transactions are recorded in the Treasury system in a timely, efficient manner and aligned with policy.Ensure all intercompany loan and Treasury netting processes fully align with Finance policies and goals.Support companywide requirements such as audit inquiries (country and Tax based) and corporate inquiries, especially ones that pertain to loans and netting.Ensure reporting is delivered promptly.Support the EMEA cash management team as needed (e.g. during busy periods/outages).Ensure all processes and procedures are fully detailed and current.What you'll bring
Consistent track record of being a trusted advisor and authority in Kyriba solutions and troubleshootingFamiliarity or experience with finance systems and treasury operations a major plusSkills for systems management, problem-solving, and training usersAbility to communicate and collaborate with global teamsValidated project management skillsAbility to handle complicated prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Finance or IT-related field preferredCPA/CTP preferred but not required5+ years of experience in treasury and/or systems management/implementationsReasonable Accommodations
