Treasury Management Analyst
Pay Range: $26.32 - $35.11 This role is responsible for providing analytical, reporting and operational support to the Cash Management leadership and department personnel to assist with revenue growth and client retention activities across all business-to-business customer sectors. Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree preferred + Minimum of 3 years banking experience, preferably commercial banking + Minimum of 2 years experience in an analytical position that required evaluating data and providing recommendations Skills and Abilities: + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Excellent analytical and data mining skills + Ability to distill and effectively present information to customers and management + Must be self-motivated, work independently, manage competing deliverables, and establish priorities + Strong sales acumen & interpersonal skills; facility to partner internally and externally with clients for a positive sales outcome + Strong organizational and follow up skills + Strong computer skills; software acumen including Excel, PowerPoint, Sway etc + Curious, with a passion for continuous learning and high quality standards + Confidence to seek assistance or guidance, as needed Tasks Performed: + 35% Provide CMSOs with operations support; create documentation to effect sales, pricing, and account opening as needed. Analyze transaction offerings, pricing options & create customer customized proposals for opportunities identified by CM Sales Officer. Prepare annual reviews for presentation to customers. Provide consultative sales support on client opportunities; collect relationship information to incorporate into proposal strategy. Provide consistency of branding across footprint where appropriate + 25% Analyze portfolio trends and gaps to identify new sales opportunities for Sales team & management. Assist in product demo’s, webinars, planning, and events e.g. Fraud Awareness Seminars. Research competitors. Assist in developing consultative sales tools. Create professional presentations as needed for the department + 20% Research & assist in data gathering and analysis to support product, growth, sector or other strategy development. Provide project management & tracking of department strategies & initiatives. Evaluate relative profitability of products, sectors, relationships and other NBT considerations + 15% Assist with operational needs of the department. Develop understanding & cultivate relationships with partner teams in operations to assist with department needs. Contact customers on behalf of department colleagues as needed + 5% Performs any other duties as directed or assigned.
