Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Treasury Assistant in the located in Torrance, California. The role primarily revolves around handling various financial and banking operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient data processing. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications to ensure accuracy • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as needed • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Banking software for various financial tasks • Operate Bloomberg Terminal and Concur for data analysis and reporting • Handle Accounting Functions and Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations • Oversee banking operations to ensure smooth transactions • Participate in capital management activities • Monitor cash activity and make necessary adjustments.
