The Treasury Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing strategic financial insights and support via cash forecasting, optimizing capital structure and ensuring effective treasury operations. This role also involves supporting various treasury projects, implementing new bank technologies as needed, and collaborating closely with various departments to understand their needs.

Medical, dental, and vision plans401(k) retirement plan with generous company matchEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Paid holidays, sick leave, and vacationWellness programTuition reimbursement programRemote work environment Responsibilities Represents the treasury team as part of ERP implementation projectAssists with implementation of Kyriba TMS and other bank technologies/productsWorks with multiple departments to develop and customize forecasting tools for both cash and EBITDAResponsible for process around leasing for IT and fleet equipment, including lease vs buy analysisPrepare monthly/quarterly debt compliance reportsResponsible for banking and credit card set up for acquisitionsSupports investor relations and investor outreach efforts .Prepares and occasionally presents financial reports and presentations to the business.Work closely with cash management analyst to support bank account management, monitor liquidity and determine if borrowing is necessaryOther projects as necessary Qualifications Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.Minimum of 2+ years experience in a Treasury function.Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) highly preferred.Strong presentation skills.Kyriba/ERP Implementation is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United StatesApplicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
