Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Update and reconcile the cash flow forecast

Create cash flow actual & variance reports

Execute intercompany netting transactions

Perform bank account administration such as adding and deleting users, opening and closing accounts, and updating bank signers

Coordinate company activities relating to banking. Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate actions

Manages cash accounts and moving available funds to execute needed payments 

Respond to internal and external audit and ad-hoc requests

Working collaboratively with other departments by timely responding to queries

Assist with annual FBAR reporting

Assist with various treasury projects

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in a treasury, finance or accounting role

Previous experience with Kyriba treasury workstation will be a plus

Familiarity with bank portals

Excellent communication skills, strong organization and time management skills

Zealous attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet expected deadlines

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
