Solar Installer/Removal and Reinstallation Location: Travel throughout the Midwest (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana) Job Level: Entry-Level Shift: Full-time (40-45 hours) Compensation: $45,000-$60,000/year plus per diem Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Accident insurance, as well as a Health Savings Account. Position Summary: As a Solar Panel Installer at Blue Raven, you'll play a crucial role in not just installing but also removing and reinstalling solar systems for roof repairs. Your day-to-day will involve spending 70-90% of your time on rooftops, working with systems of various angles and heights, and in all weather conditions. Travel up to 80% will be required.
