Traveling Desktop Support

Job Description
All contactors will be training for a few weeks depending on how quick they pick things up. They will be training onsite in the Warehouse, and surrounding stores. (can stay overnight for training if that makes sense- will be able to expense hotel)
Once they start the role after training- they will be at their home base and traveling 1-4 hour radius to different stores for support depending on need/projects. Must be comfortable traveling. Will be reimbursed for mileage and any overnight stays required. Will be paid during travel time as well. OT possible.
This position requires driving to multiple locations, you will have a home base store, and then 1-2 times a week be required to visit other stores within 1-4 hour radius for support related projects. Must be able to travel and comfortable with periodic overnight stays.
Will have a region you will responsible for covering onsite store support
Troubleshooting Citrix, Desktops, laptops, Microsoft products, office
Troubleshooting network related issues
Work alongside team members
Interacting with customers

Skills and Requirements
Entry level, 1-3 years experience
Experience with Active Directory
Hardware and Software support
Customer service focused personality, ability to follow instructions, positive attitude
Onsite, hands on desktop support
Basic networking experience
Ability to use ServiceNow
Windows 10 environment Prior Experience with ServiceNow
Experience working with Mac products
Wireless troubleshooting support
A+ and/or Network + null
