Description: + We are currently seeking a 10+ year Construction Superintendent with experience on ground up commercial projects + Ideal candidate will have experience managing several ground up construction projects and should have experience in vertical construction and site work + This company is a nationwide architect-led design/builder of general aviation facilities, business aviation facilities, and commercial projects + They specialize in the design and construction of corporate flight departments, fixed base operations, aviation completion and maintenance facilities, aviation paint hangars, and commercial facilities + Superintendent will be working on a pre-engineered metal building project that is about $20M + Project is a hanger in Telluride, CO at the airport + If candidate is not local to Telluride, this company will provide lodging and per diem + Superintendents can go home once a month if not local Why you should be interested: + Lodging, truck allowance ($850/mo), fuel allowance (not to exceed $500/mo), phone allowance ($100/mo), and computer provided + Full benefits, 3 weeks of vacation, sick pay, 7 paid holidays, and 401k match + This company has done great with retention + Design-build company + Extremely team oriented + Work on unique projects Qualifications: + 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a General Contractor + Experience managing ground up commercial projects + Experience managing site work + Experience on pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete preferred + Procore experience preferred About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
