Travel Experience Counselor II

Main responsibilities:

Travel ConsultancyDevelop a thorough understanding of customers' business needs.Customer Care:Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to foster positive customer relationships.Identify any issues or risks and communicate them to the Office Supervisor to facilitate corrective actions.Traveler Services:Comply with company procedures, policies, standards, and best practices.Arrange domestic and international travel, including air, hotel, rail, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics.Ensure timely responses to phone calls and emails per the Location/Client Service Level Agreement.ptimize using the Central Reservation System (CRS) and supplier websites for airline and general information to reduce the need for calls to airline support.Calculate and process reissues and refunds as necessary.Possess a strong knowledge of Sabre; familiarity with Amadeus is a plus.Follow PCI compliance standards

Experience education:

Experience

Bachelor’s degree.Proficient command of the English language at an intermediate level (reading, writing, and speaking).Minimum of 4 years of experience in the travel industry.Proficient in Microsoft Word and MS Office Outlook, with effective internet browsing skills.Strong knowledge of Sabre; familiarity with Amadeus is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)

Cultivate a positive working relationship with team members and maintain good relations within the location as well as across other areas of the company.Mentor and oversee the performance of less experienced team members as directed by the Office Manager.
