We are looking for Travel Customer Support Agents to join our adventurous project, one of the top players in the travel industry.


What you will do in this role

As a Travel Customer Support on our team, you will:

Provide solutions to clients’ issues in order to deliver excellent customer experienceOffer customer service by providing information about travel aspects (flight cancellation, booking tickets, refunds, discounts, destinations, etc)Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience


Your qualifications
