Key Responsibilities / Job Description for Travel coordinator
Monitoring – Travel desk MailboxBasic Knowledge on Travel / Visa end to end processAssist travelers with visas, passports, and other required documentation.MS Excel ,MS word & power point knowledgeAddressing all travel related queries like (Corproatecard / hotel / Insurance)Generate and update the relevant trackers (Ticket / Visa / Hotel) on daily basis operationsPreparing Travel documents for India visa process - for non-employeesOffline hotel booking for visitors & remote employeesPreparing set of visa documents and printing the visa cover letter.Track and maintain company travel issuesArrange transportation and lodgingEnsure compliance with company travel policiesMonitor travel policy compliance and proceduresProvide ongoing support to travelers, addressing any issues or changes in itineraries, especially in emergency or last-minute situations.Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3+ years in corporate travel coordination, hospitality, or a related field.Madate Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of visa and travel regulation document requirements.Knowledge of visa and travel document requirements.Customer service orientationAbility to manage last-minute changes and thrive under pressure.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Desirable Skills:
Time ManagementFamiliarity with booking platformsExperience in negotiating contracts and rates with travel vendors.Familiarity with foreign travel regulationsLocation:
