Duties and Responsibilities: Providing exceptional client service to clients in the travel industry. Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assisting clients with bookings, changes, and cancellations. Resolving client complaints and issues in a professional manner. Upselling to clients Updating client records accurately in the system. Requirements: Diploma in Travel & Tourism SA local citizens Computer literacy Must have previous work experience within a travel company Travel industry software programs Previous experience in a travel contact centre environment Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Passion for travel and assisting clients. Must be flexible with working on alternative Saturdays and public holidays
