Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all basic cleaningCleaning of restrooms includes restocking toilet tissue and other dispensers, emptying trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean toilets and urinalsMove furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, empty trash and replace linersCheck all trash containers prior to moving itCleaning includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor and spot cleaning glassPerforms additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concernsRestock carts and closets at the end of each shift Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School DiplomaMinimum of 1 year experienceStrong communication skillsMust be willing to work assigned hours

Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb and reachMust be able to lift, move and use containers of water, cleaning fluids, and germicidal agentsMust be able to lift and use wet mop and other janitorial equipmentWork outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical areaStanding and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneelingCompensation
