As a Transportation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Amazon's First Mile Operations, and the Transportation teams. You'll manage a wide range of programs including: Seller's pickups, Seller's Self Deliveries, Direct Fulfillment, Vendor Flex and Ship with Amazon, encompassing both Amazon's own pickup operations and 3P carrier nationwide. This role will serve as a critical liaison between Business, Seller Operations, and Transportation teams, reporting directly to the First Mile Sr. Leader. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive structural and design changes, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and positioning Brazil as the World Wide Best Amazon benchmark for first-mile excellence.
