Role Overview: As a Transport Executive at JLL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facilities management team. You'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling of pool cars within an organization and ensuring smooth operations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of pool cars to employees based on transportation needs on a daily basis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that transportation needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field

1-3 years of administrative experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
