**Minimum Qualifications:**
-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
-3 years of related experience.
-Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
-Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
-Experience in roadway design projects for state and municipal clients.
-Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, or OpenRoads Designer.
-Experience delivering a roadway or traffic signal design project from initiation through final design.
-Ability to present in front of and work within a large group.
-Strong communication and technical writing skills.
-Experience completing hydraulic analysis of stormwater drainage systems.
