Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Transportation Drainage Project Manager IV to be based in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc. Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.Manages other Project Managers.QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering6+ years of previous design experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and/or Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E)Texas PE licenseExperience designing highway/roadway systems and drainage systemsExperience with GeoPak Drainage, SWMM, HY-8, and HEC ProgramsExperience managing multidisciplinary project with subconsultantsExperience with design software including MicroStation and GEOPAK and/or OpenRoads Familiar with MS Office 2010 software (Excel, Word, Project) is a big plusExperience with H&H reportsExperience with SUDAExperience in preparing CLOMR/LOMR and Coordination with Local Flood Plain Administrators/AgenciesTxDOT Pre-certifications (Schematic Development, Roadway Design, Hydrologic Studies, Roadway Hydraulic Design, Bridge Hydraulic Design, Storm Water Pump Station-Hydraulic Design, Bridge Scour Evaluation and Analysis, Coastal Hydraulic Design, Riverive Hydraulic Design, and FEMA Regulations and Permits)Experience with Business Development/Client RelationsExperience with TxDOT proposals and interviewsProven experience of success with TxDOT pursuitsExperience with managing people at various experience levels and ability to mentor with their career developmentGood communication skills and ability to manage a teamExposure to drainage projects in Edwards Aquifer Zone and Water Quality PlansExposure to drainage system in coastal environmentsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.AECOM is interested in every qualified candidate eligible to work in the United States.
