We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day transportation operations and maintaining high levels of service quality. You will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing transport schedules, while working closely with internal teams, drivers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of logistics operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Route and plan daily routing on Move n Sync Automation Manage routing efficiency & cost control Manage transport vendors on site Ensure fleet & driver compliance Vendor performance Reviews Deliver daily / weekly / monthly briefs to the transport vendors Manage transport contingency plans for strike, storms, public holidays etc. Manage the internal transport process for all transport users Route and plan daily routing on the EFMFM automation system Manage transport vendors on site Deliver daily / weekly / monthly briefs to the transport vendors Schedule executive transfers & tours for clients & guests Resolve customer issues relating to transport Ensure fleet & driver compliance Deliver transport users’ defects reports for Management review Manage transport contingency plans for strikes, storms, public holidays etc. YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE Route Planning & Optimization: Designed cost-effective and efficient delivery routes for timely order fulfillment. Problem-Solving: Swiftly resolved unexpected disruptions, such as delays, mechanical issues, or weather challenges, with minimal impact on operations. Matric - Essential 2 years experience as a Transport/Logistics Co-Ordinator SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Logistics Management Strong administration skills Strong communication Efficient Ability to multi -task Deadline driven Stakeholder Management Project Management skills Indepth knowledgeable on Cape Town surrounding areas, streets, suburbs etc Ability to work under pressure Problem solving skills Ability to understand and navigate transport platforms and Apps Must be computer literate Good Excel skills Available to work after hours as and when required - (Flexible in terms of shifts) Previous experience in logistics/transport coordinating - Advantageous Disciplinary and absence will be taken into consideration KEY POINTSSalary: Market Related
