Apply Today! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Transplant Assistant provides support for the solid organ transplant team. **What you will do in this role:** + Greets patients, visitors to our medical office + Triages all phone calls into our Transplant Clinic + Triage and process messages from all patients + Provides assistance to patients when needed + Manages inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinates ordering + Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized + Patients transfers within the facility + Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider and clinical staff of any patient delays + Collects and provides data entry consistent with established quality and integrity standards + Maintains patient confidentiality + Supports medical record integrity **What qualifications you will need:** + 1-2 years clerical or medical office experience preferred + Ability to work independently + Strong oral and written skills + Strong organization and time management skills to ensure patient flow + Ability to meet and deal effectively with others + Proficiency with computer Medical City Dallas is recognized for its advanced medical facilities and commitment to excellence in patient care.
