Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the operational aspects of projects and programs. The successful candidate will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices, contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

The Translation Project Manager plays a critical role in managing translation projects, including oversight of translation service providers. As IQVIA’s Linguistic Solutions Team continues to expand our COA (Clinical Outcome Assessments) library, the Project Manager will be instrumental in facilitating the timely delivery of high-quality COA translations to clients and ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

Create, track, and report on project timelines.Manage project budgets and approve invoices.Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.Take responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or program.Participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.Coordinate with other project resources within and outside the organization.Provide input into project proposals and RFPs.Ensure compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures, and meet project timeline metrics.Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers.Identify and negotiate out-of-scope project work.Handle financial reporting on the project, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.Meet with team members regularly to ensure project milestones are met.Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Prior experience in Translation Project Management / Linguistic Translation required.  Remote / WFH opportunity with preference for candidates within PST or MST time zones.Bachelor's Degree required.Minimum of 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.Strong teamwork and customer service skills.Ability to work under limited direction.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $70,500.00 - $117,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
