Transformation Program Lead
Job Description The Transformation Program Lead is responsible for the overall delivery of a new transformation program across 3+ functions within lululemon across the technology organization. The Program lead will oversee the project managers, communication team, business analysts, and engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key projects within the program.They will work closely with product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio, and core delivery teams. This role will report up to the technology director over enterprise engineering. Responsible for overall delivery of well-established capability in the program from planning to development for transformational efforts across the technology organization to optimize and standardize best practices. Craft and communicate a clear purpose for the transformation office. Establish accountability and participation. Assist in building a balanced transformation office team. Lead in building iterative roadmap. Organize Change Management and Delivery Management Clearly understand and evangelize business and technology architecture improvements Continue in communications and internal marketing of the transformation program. Skills and Requirements Driven, transparent, comfortable communicating on Sr Leadership and C-Suite level. Thorough understanding of technology domain, stack, and skills. Proven experience in leading the strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities such as developer experience, data driven insights, capacity planning, dependency management, resource management, budget management, etc. Ability to operate with low degree of ambiguity, leveraging existing processes and tools with guidance from Technology Director. Experience in managing DevOps and Agile Delivery teams. Passion for problem solving with an ability to excel in an ambiguous environment.
