Transformation Manager Job Description: As our Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising on strategic initiatives within one of Sage's Transformation programs. Operating at a strategic level, you will be tasked with driving transformational change at an accelerated pace and overseeing the intricate priorities of transformation initiatives across Sage. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮? In this role, you will collaborates closely with the broader Transformation Office, engaging in targeted problem-solving to achieve defined outcomes and accelerate transformational priorities. You will delve into the details, gaining a deep understanding of critical junctures and strategically applying insights to overcome obstacles and expedite the pace of transformation. Acting as an advanced transformation partner, you'll provide invaluable guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery excellence through your expertise in agile methodologies and be adept at critical thinking, thus influencing the direction and success of transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid position, being 3 days in office. Key Responsibilities: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨: In this role, you'll uphold a Sage-centric, outcome-driven approach, distilling complex strategic concepts into actionable visuals and documentation across diverse functions. With a versatile leadership style, you'll support specific transformation programs, drawing on expertise in project management, change management, and agile delivery. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating programs from conception to delivery, enhancing Sage's Operating Model, and optimizing Ways of Working. You'll continuously monitor progress, providing guidance to project teams and leaders involved in the transformation process. You should excel at distilling complex topics into actionable outcomes, possessing strong communication and independent thinking skills. Superior stakeholder management abilities and a proven track record in delivering successful business outcomes through transformation initiatives are essential. Technical qualifications include certification in Agile Delivery (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Agile PM), structured project management (e.g., Prince, MSP, PMI), and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
