Transformation Change Lead

Make It Uniquely Yours.** The Change Lead is responsible for driving organizational change management (OCM) strategies and ensuring successful adoption of project and program initiatives within the PMO. This role partners with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to implement change management frameworks that minimize resistance, enhance engagement, and accelerate business outcomes. **How you will contribute** + **Change Strategy & Execution:** Develop and implement structured change management strategies, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption plans for PMO-driven initiatives. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with senior leadership, project sponsors, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts and align messaging to support business transformation. + **Training & Enablement:** Lead the development of training programs and learning materials to equip teams with the necessary skills to adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies. + **Communication Planning:** Design and execute effective communication plans that drive awareness, engagement, and transparency around project changes. + **Risk Mitigation:** Identify potential change risks and resistance points, developing strategies to mitigate challenges and ensure smooth transitions. + **Performance & Adoption Metrics:** Establish KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. + **Collaboration with PMO & Project Teams:** Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and functional leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans. + **Governance & Best Practices:** Support the development of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to drive consistent adoption across the organization. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. + Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or PMP is a plus. + 7+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or project management within a PMO or enterprise environment. + Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model and ILS6). + Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience in enterprise-wide transformations, process improvement, and technology adoption. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Understanding of change management methodologies. + Ability to identify and analyze risks. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization. + Strong executive presence with a proven track record leading and facilitating meetings. + Ability to influence others, collaborate across functions and move toward a common vision or goal. + Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. + Problem solving and root-cause identification skills. + Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization ​ **Work schedule:** Remote role with 20-40% travel The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
