Supports delivery of hyperautomation and/or business transformation solutionsDevelop business cases inclusive of cost to achieve, benefit estimation and metric tracking for process transformation candidatesSupport overall solution architecture and design of transformation solutionsCollects and analyzes data, both qualitative and quantitative to summary key themes and findings.Support overall Transformation program development activities, under guidance from leadershipCollaboration across team members and building rapport with peers/supervisors/clientAppropriately communicates and escalates to program leadership for resolutionActively seeks out technical and project management skillset development opportunitiesActively soliciting coaching/feedbackSelf-identifies growth opportunitiesDemonstrates inclusivity/respect/professionalism across styles
