They are currently seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join the vibrant team. You will have the chance to contribute to diverse projects for prominent UK clients, focusing on residential sectors including regeneration, garden villages, strategic developments, concept design, and pre-planning phases.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable UK experience, preferably on medium to large-scale projects during feasibility and planning stages. Strong background in housing/residential projects or a keen interest in this sector. Architectural expertise with a profound understanding of place-led design or an additional qualification in Urban Design. Proficient in urban design best practices. Essential skills in hand drawing/sketching with the ability to produce high-quality hand-drawn illustrations. Excellent visual and graphic presentation abilities. Dedicated team player with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Rhino, Revit & AutoCAD skills being advantageous, as well as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
