Transaction Execution Specialist (Operations)
Position Overview
Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance Mexico is seeking a highly motivated and detailorientated Operations Analyst/Transaction Execution Specialist that provides a broad range ofcontract related administrative end-to-end support from the origination of the contract to booking.The position will require an individual with at least 5-7 five years of experience of documentationgeneration, contracts, enter information into the system, validate signed documentation, make thebooking of contracts, as well as an understanding of specific documentation and requirementsneeded to polish the transactions, pricing, different deal structures related to the SOFOM standardproducts and knowledge of CONDUSEF regulations applicable for the market. Excellentorganizational, communication and coordination skills are key to this role, as well as flexibility toadjust priority in a changing environment and to understand and mitigate risk to the company byunderstanding the credit requirements. etc. The role will also require post-booking and servicingactivities associated with the portfolio excellent maintenance.
This position will be based in Mexico City and report to the Head of Operations of COF Business Unit.The Operations Analyst/Transaction Execution Specialist will work in a team-oriented and resultsfocused environment with other team members of the SOFOM BU, Credit Analysts, Asset Managers,Sales Executives and Legal Counsel.
Responsibilities:• Evaluate credit approvals to identify contract documentation needs to mitigate risk to thecompany.• Ensure accuracy of requests for leasing and loans documentation, and ensure proper signingauthority is received for any deviation from policy.• Review financial documentation according to the needs and corporate structure of the client• Coordinate and oversee multiple transactions to bring them to a close• Validate Data input and integrity• Elaborate, review and execute documents up to signing authority to bring the contract to aclose and commence the contract in system.• Collaborate with internal and external customers in order to provide accurate lease and loandocumentation, with an efficient and effective customer service.• Ability to work in cross functional teams• Ensure compliance and best practices to meet strategic objectives• Maintain deadlines and deliverable and communicate on ongoing basis the status of thetransaction to the Head of Operations about any documentation concerns that will affect thelast call and delivery dates of the equipment• Support any implementation of processes for efficient and streamlined in operationsParticipate and lead in department projects as needed• Post-booking. Archive managed, follow up to perfection transactions when applicable.• Servicing activities. Excellent customer support in order to build a positive brand image.including satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
