**Job Description**
Responsibility:
Daily and operational coordination of Global Job Trainers in different functional area
Identify local training needs and measure training efficiency and quality
Participate in daily huddles and coordinate daily training activities incl development training plans
Support process confirmation done by line management together with job trainers
Document management
Document translation.
Work safety by not causing unsafetyconditions or doing unsafe acts
Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained.
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
**Injection Molding Training Support (Materials) - Position Requirements**
**Educational Background:** A college or bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field is required to ensure a solid foundation for understanding injection molding principles, material properties, and conducting professional training. This background enables a deep technical comprehension of materials and precise training delivery.
**Software Proficiency:** Must be proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). The ability to use the appropriate software to create theoretical training materials, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures with precision and clear logic is essential.
**English Proficiency & Advancement:** Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required, along with a clear plan to improve spoken English within one year to achieve fluent communication.
**Training Experience & Knowledge:** Familiarity with training processes and prior experience in training is preferred.
**Continuous Improvement Mindset:** A strong internal drive for self-improvement and work optimization, characterized by curiosity, courage, and focus.
**Comprehensive Competencies:** Open-mindedness, critical thinking, results-oriented approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
**Learning Attitude:** A strong learning capability and enthusiasm for continuous growth and development.
