Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Standards Developer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) application capable of enhancing the current OSINT Basic Course (OBC) through online virtual delivery and providing a synthetic training environment to model and simulate real world OSINT activities.Monitor training events and provide feedback on instructional material and advise the learning manager of changes required to the curriculum.Propose and monitor training standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelors & 10+ years of experience, Masters & 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experienceAbility to successfully deliver a program to a customer (or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM) and to manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.Ability to define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements and to manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.Knowledge to ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership.Skills to provide key input and direction in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline; identify key resources to manage and execute to the program baseline; identify and analyze moderate variances and define corrective actions; use standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that require program-specific modifications; and develop some program specific processes, procedures, techniques, or tools.TS/SCI Clearance required with SCI eligibility
