Training Project Coordinator Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $55,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%.  Training Project Coordinator Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of previous experience in training coordination or program implementation is desirable. A proven track record of managing multiple projects or events simultaneously is an asset. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, driven, and motivated approach with a positive, energetic demeanor. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English / Spanish, required Business Travel up to 25% of the time. Able to pass a drug test and background check

 Training Project Coordinator Responsibilities

Execute and manage the project development schedule in alignment with the organization's strategic vision and pre-developed content. Ensure that all aspects of the ongoing and future projects are implemented according to established guidelines and deadlines. Organize sessions, workshops, and events, taking responsibility for logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing and current projects. Compile and prepare reports on project progress and program effectiveness for management. Clearly communicate session details, updates, and any changes to participants and stakeholders. Identify potential operational challenges and recommend actionable solutions. Assist in gathering participant feedback to help refine and improve sales, operations and training processes.
