Jade Park Training Mgmt Leader Job Duties
The Training Mgmt Leader in SMO is responsible for overall training mgmt activities, including training system development, training activities management, new hire orientation and regular site operational training planning, coordination, and execution. Collaboration with functional managers to manage training to ensure validity of necessary certificates that meet the regulatory, occupational requirements can be guaranteed is included as well.
Main Responsibilities
Training System Development:Create training frameworks for the manufacturing environment.Develop and manage SOPs, training manuals, and competency matrices.Implement programs such as operator promotion, internal lecturer, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global folks to identify skill gaps and training needs.Training Activities Management:Lead training activities and OJT programs.Conduct new hire orientation for smooth onboarding.Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training content and methods.Maintain training records and certificate and ensure compliance with regulation.Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration:Build and manage a new training team with clear performance goals.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Enhance employee engagement by supporting safety, quality initiatives, DE&I, ESG, digitalization, etc and fostering two-way communication.Optimize site tour for visitors.Integrate innovative training techniques, such as digital learning platforms.Collaborate with external academies and industry partners for training initiatives.
Education and Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Working Experience: Requires proven professional experience (minimum of 8 years), including 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in Manufacturing plant is essential. Experience in Chemical industry is a plus.Technical & Professional Knowledge: Experiences in organization skills, project management.Experiences in designing and implementing training system.Creative and passionate individual with a growth mindset and a strong desire for success.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in business English and Mandarin.Taiwanese Hokkien is a plus. Experiences in data analytics and programming is a plus.Additional Information:We welcome international candidates and non-native Chinese speakers.
