ARS employees are motivated through our industry competitive benefits package, our awards and recognition program, and personalized attention from ARS Senior Managers. **Responsibilities:** ​The Contractor shall provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs. + ​Experience with simulation technology - generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems. + ​Support training required to execute test activities. + ​Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training. + ​Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training). + ​Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction. + ​Other duties as assigned ​Minimum Qualifications + ​Must be a U.S. Citizen + ​Active Top Secret Clearance + ​Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience + ​Minimum 12+ years of experience in a Training Management or Instruction role + ​Ability to Integrate with other organizations/teams + ​Ability to develop a highly effective working relationship with the customer ​​All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
