Job Description We are seeking a Trainer/Trainer Lead to support an SAP implementation project, focusing on end-user training and content development. This is a technology-focused role, not behavioral training, and will primarily involve designing training materials, including PowerPoints, demo videos, and recorded SAP tasks. Key Responsibilities: Develop entry-level training content for end users. Design and implement train-the-trainer programs for multiple releases. Focus on technology training, particularly SAP (Maximo to SAP transition). Leverage existing training materials from previous releases. Adapt training for generation work (as opposed to electric work). Coordinate communication generation, scheduling, and attendance tracking. Provide backup support for key team members.
